EEPPE PET KITCHEN offers shipping throughout Peninsular Malaysia.

As cold chain shipping fee will be different from normal product shipment, please check below for references :

Frozen Shipment Guidelines

Same Day Delivery (within the same state):

KL, Cheras, Puchong, Bukit Jalil, PJ, Subang Jaya, Ampang, Damansara

Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh, Batu Caves, Kota Kemuning, Kepong, Seri Kembangan, Kajang

RM30

On-demand Delivery (within the same state, nearby area only):

Cold Chain Delivery (other states):

Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Perak, Penang, Pahang, Kedah, Perlis, Terengganu, Kelantan

(Delivery within 1 – 3 days)

We appointed frozen shipper(cold chain) or rider(on-demand delivery) for our frozen food shipment. EEPPE PET KITCHEN reserved the right to decide which courier company we should use to post your item.

We will confirm the date of delivery with you after your order is done prepared, then we will arrange delivery to send out your item. For outstation delivery, it may take 1 – 3 days for the shipment to arrive. In some cases, there might be a longer delay in delivering the parcel. Please contact us if you did not receive your parcel on the date promised.

EEPPE PET KITCHEN is not responsible for customer’s loss or damages due to the result of unable to deliver due to customer not being available / courier company unable to reach you / no one at home to receive the parcel on promised delivery date.

We welcome customers who stay nearby or are willing to travel to our location to self-collect the item. Kindly make an appointment with us before your collection.
